Our Story

The Dining & Co is the brainchild of Executive Chef Justin Park, whose 20-year culinary journey led him from the prestigious kitchens of Peter Doyle @ the Quay to creating his own unique dining experience.

Since establishing our first location in June 2016, we've grown into a beloved family dining destination with multiple locations across Sydney. Our philosophy is simple: marry fine ingredients with a sprinkle of love to create memorable dining experiences that bring families and communities together.

About Our Founder

Justin Park - Founder & Executive Chef

Justin Park is a highly accomplished chef with over 20 years of experience in fine dining and hospitality. He spent nine years as Executive Chef at the iconic Peter Doyle @ The Quay, where he honed his skills in modern Australian cuisine and led high-performing kitchen teams at the highest level.

Building on this foundation, Justin established The Dining & Co in 2016, bringing his expertise, creativity, and commitment to quality into a café setting. His career reflects a dedication to consistency, innovation, and excellence in every dish served.
