Justin Park is a highly accomplished chef with over 20 years of experience in fine dining and hospitality. He spent nine years as Executive Chef at the iconic Peter Doyle @ The Quay, where he honed his skills in modern Australian cuisine and led high-performing kitchen teams at the highest level.
Building on this foundation, Justin established The Dining & Co in 2016, bringing his expertise, creativity, and commitment to quality into a café setting. His career reflects a dedication to consistency, innovation, and excellence in every dish served.
